Wow, week 6 already. That’s hard to believe. Anyway, suprisingly enough, dropped three pounds overnight before my weigh-in. I’d been holding steady for 2 weeks. So I lost 3.4 pounds last week. I actually inreased the intensity of my exercise, which helped boost the calorie burn. Here’s the stats:
