Day 2

Don’t have long — must get to bed soon. However, the day went pretty well. I managed not to eat too much candy that was at the desk. And I squeezed in a 50 minute workout between work and church. I had to rush around. Literally dashed in the door, got into my workout clothes, and dashed out the door in 3 minutes. However, the time would have pretty much been dead time anyway. Menu for the day (when I have more time I will figure out how to post it in table format):

  • Breakfast: 20 Saltine crackers (243)
  • Wheat Thins (130)
  • Lifesavers  (99)
  • Turkey and Cheddar Cracker Lunchable (340)
  • Kashi Oatmeal Raisin Flax Cookie (130)
  • Kashi Apple Spice Bar (110)
  • 1 piece of Nips caramel candy (30) – did you notice? ONLY ONE
  • French Dip and Swiss Arby’s toasted sub (621)
  • Workout: 50 mins on treadmill and elliptical (-475)
  • Total Calories Eaten: 1710
  • Net Calories: 1235
