This is a little late, but I have decided to focus on one healthy habit each week. That doesn’t mean I won’t do other things , but just that I will really work on that one thing. In general, I would like to write down my goal before the week begins, so I can be accountable. My goal for this week is to journal everything that I eat. It’s Thursday evening, and I have been successful so far! I think we all know the importance of journaling. And I think it may be one of the most important factors to weight loss.
