I won’t post a menu today, because I need to get to bed soon. My weight was down another .6 pounds from yesterday when I weighed myself this morning. I was shocked! I’m really hoping it stays off. Tomorrow morning will be the two week mark from when I recommited so to speak. I’m anxious to see how much I lost in two weeks of eating this way. Today food-wise was more of a challenge, because I was eating a friend’s house yet again. They grilled out – hamburgers and hotdogs. I had a hamburger. I’m sure that thing had some serious calories. I had probably 6 doritoes and a few apple slices. I also had a piece of cake for dessert. I just plain gave in – that’s all I can say. Next weekend is also going to be a huge challenge eating-wise. I’ll post more about that later and come up with a strategy for surviving it without gaining any weight.
