It’s about time!

I finally had an on-plan day today! Not much else to report. I probably should define “on-plan,” because this menu may not look so “on-plan” to some of you. I will write a post about my weight loss strategy soon. The menu:

  • Cheddar Omelette (261)
  • 1 serving of Saltine crackers (61)
  • 2 pieces of taffy (64)
  • 3 rolls of smarties (74)
  • 1 frosted bakery sugar cookie (220)
  • Turkey sandwich w/ Swiss cheese (345)
  • A slice of Hershey Sundae Pie (300)
  • Total Calories: 1315
