Not much to say here. I think the menu speaks for itself. My goal for tomorrow, however, is not to snack and to exercise. I’m really almost embarrassed to post this menu, but here goes:

  • Breakfast: Chicken and cheese in a pita (307)
  • 10 rolls of Smarties candy (246)
  • Lunch: Deli shaved chicken on lite bread with pepperjack cheese, all microwaved (282) – This was delicious!
  • Dinner: Healthy Choice Steamfresh Cafe Steamers Grilled Chicken Marinara (250)
  • 2.5 servings of this prepackaged south beach living snack (250)
  • Several chocolate chips (an estimate on the amount – 2 Tbsp) (160)
  • Too much homemade coconut almond candy covered in dark chocolate – estimate may be a little high, but I’d rather guess too high than too low (480)
  • Total calories eaten: 1975

    yay for already thinking of tomorrow’s goals after todays little slip! its okay, we have all had our embarressing days =)

    what was the candy for? The chips always did give you problems… 🙂 Oh well, tomorrow is another day, and at least you’re posting it instead of ignoring that it happened at all.
