So, today went well. Keep in mind, I was allowing msyelf some extra calories today, but tomorrow it’ll be back to the same old low calorie eating. I worked out for an hour, but mostly elliptical and walking. After the 20 minute run yesterday, I thought it was fine to take a break. Tomorrow I will try to run again. Lunch is total guess on the calories – if anything, I might be a little high. Not a lot else to say, really. Here’s the menu:

  • Oatmeal (140)
  • Granola Bar (140)
  • A few grapes (35)
  • Grilled chicken, a little bit of pasta, a roll, and tiramusi-ish dessert at design review – rough estimate (809)
  • Sam’s Choice Mushroom stuffed chicken breast (240)
  • 1 Dove chocolate ice cream bar (320)
  • Total cals eaten: 1683
  • Cals burned through exercise: -504
  • Net cals: 1179

    i think its a really good idea you’re allowing yourself more calories. keep it up!
